Some designs can be resized or edited using compatible software, but results depend on the file and your project. Resizing a 3D model may affect small details, wall thickness, or fit. Scaling a laser-cut design may change slot sizes and assembly dimensions. Always check your measurements, material thickness, and machine settings, and test a sample before full production.

You may be able to access your downloads on a mobile device, but we recommend using a computer for large ZIP archives, file extraction, file organization, and production workflows. If a download link or PDF does not open properly on your phone, try opening it in a regular browser or using a computer.

First, reopen the download link from your order confirmation using a regular browser. If the link is missing or you still cannot access your files, email support@printodd.com with your order number and product name so we can help.

Make sure the download has finished completely, then extract the ZIP archive before opening the individual files. Check all folders and any included instruction documents. If the archive reports an error or a file appears to be missing, contact us with your order number, product link, and a screenshot of the issue.

Each product is supplied in the formats and versions listed on its product page. Custom edits, file conversions, and bespoke designs are not automatically included.
