Refund Policy

Because digital files are delivered immediately, refund eligibility depends on whether the files have been accessed or downloaded and on the circumstances of the request. If a download is damaged, incomplete, or inaccessible, contact support@printodd.com within 30 days with your order number and product name so we can investigate and provide a replacement or other appropriate resolution.

We do not promise refunds for change of mind after successful digital delivery, but we review exceptional cases fairly. Membership cancellations stop future renewals; any access after cancellation follows the membership terms.
